Our Services
Renaissance Home Care, Inc., is a Pittsburgh-based, full-service, dual-licensed agency licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We are certified by both Medicaid and Medicare to provide skilled and unskilled care, full-service home health care, and a range of home care services. We work with each client, the client's healthcare providers, and their family to provide the best care and quality of life possible. Our expert staff remains on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Renaissance Home Care, Inc. serves Allegheny and parts of Washington and Beaver Counties. All services are performed in clients’ homes. Services can be billed on a private pay basis, to a private insurance company, or to various county and local programs.

Home Health Care (Skilled)
Skilled Nursing
Our registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) provide skilled services that cannot be performed safely and effectively by nonprofessional personnel. Some of these services include injections, intravenous therapy, wound care and education on disease treatment and prevention. Each new client will receive an initial assessment by one of our RNs within 24 hours.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapists (PTs) work to restore the mobility and strength of patients who are limited by physical injuries through the use of exercise, massage and other methods.
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapists (OTs) help individuals who have physical, developmental, or emotional difficulties that prevent them from performing the general activities of daily living. They instruct patients on the use of specialized rehabilitation techniques to improve their function in tasks such as eating, bathing, dressing, and basic household routines.
Speech Therapy
Speech language pathologists work to develop and restore the speech of individuals with communication disorders that are usually the result of traumas such as surgery or stroke. They also help retrain patients in breathing, swallowing, and muscle control.
Social Work Services
Social workers work with clients to assess the full range of their needs and help them access services and resources to improve their quality of life. Social workers help people solve problems, set goals, and help them achieve them.
Home Health Aides
Our team of dedicated professionals are committed to your recovery and wellbeing. Renaissance Home Health Aides receive formal training and undergo a rigorous certification process to ensure each client receives the high-quality care they deserve.
Home Care Services (Unskilled)
Direct Care Workers
Direct Care Workers (DCWs) assist clients with Activities of Daily Living such as getting in and out of bed, walking, bathing, toileting, and dressing.
Homemaker Services
Our dedicated home care professionals can provide assistance with a variety of daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning and laundry.
